U.S. History
This year-long course is designated for 9th graders and is one of the Social Studies requirements for graduation. Students will resume their study in U.S. History where 8th grade left off picking up in mid-1800s. Students will study a range of time periods including but not limited to: Immigration, Industrialism, WWI, the Roaring 20s, the Great Depression, WWII, Cold War, and the Civil Rights Era.

World History
This year-long course is designated for 11th and graders and is one of the Social Studies requirements for graduation. Students will studying various historical events beginning around 300 AD and continuing up until Medieval Times. Students will study a range of time periods including but not limited to: Roman Empire, Kingdoms and Cultures of West Africa, Imperial China, Japanese Origins, and Ancient Central American cultures.
